As we continue to expand, we're seeking a skilled and driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our legal team.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from intake to resolution.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
- Go to trial when necessary and advocate for clients in court.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic case approaches.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and team members.
- Ensure all deadlines and legal requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong deposition skills and trial-readiness.
- Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
- Experience in negotiating settlements and working through ADR processes.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain composure in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Proficiency in legal research (Lexis-Nexis or similar tools).
- Effective and persuasive legal drafting.
- Courtroom confidence and strong litigation instincts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
