Responsibilities:
- Manage and defend construction defect and complex liability matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend mediations, hearings, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Communicate directly with clients and claims professionals
- Develop litigation strategy in partnership with experienced attorneys
- Participate in business development and networking efforts
- Contribute to firm initiatives involving legal technology and innovation
- Mentor junior attorneys and staff as appropriate
