We're looking for a dynamic litigator ready to take charge of bodily injury cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
Proven trial experience with a strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
Skilled in depositions, hearings, trial prep, and presenting PowerPoint presentations during mediations.
Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of success.
Strong courtroom presence and a competitive, decisive, and ambitious mindset.
Juris Doctorate and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
