T. Madden & Associates is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney – Advanced to manage high-value personal injury matters and contribute to trial strategy within a structured litigation POD.

This role is designed for an experienced litigator who independently handles cases, leads depositions and dispositive motions, and is building toward consistent first-chair trial leadership.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
  • As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will:
  • Manage complex personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Lead depositions, expert examinations, mediations, and motion practice
  • Serve as first-chair in smaller trials or second-chair in complex jury trials
  • Collaborate on trial themes and litigation strategy
  • Mentor associates and litigation support staff

Qualifications:
Who We're Looking for:
A purpose-driven trial attorney with a demonstrated commitment to justice, client advocacy, and excellence in litigation.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Minimum of five (5) jury trials as first or second chair
  • Active Georgia Bar license
  • Demonstrated experience managing cases independently
  • Strong motion practice and deposition experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional bar admissions
  • Appellate experience
  • Demonstrated involvement in community, policy, or legal service initiatives

Compensation:
$225,000 - $255,000
