Litigation boutique seeks senior associate to manage complex commercial cases. The firm presently has cases in various states in federal and state courts, as well as before various arbitral fora. The firm seeks a candidate with excellent schooling and significant experience (preferably large firm training). Experience with fiduciary duty cases, securities cases and similar matters preferred. Strong brief writing is highly desired. Consistent and dedicated work ethic is also preferred. Assistance needed for depositions, orders to show cause, court hearings, and arbitration demands.Experience:
