A top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated litigation associate for our Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in New York. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience or clerking experience, and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills. The ideal candidates will possess 6+ years of diverse litigation or clerking experience. Requisite experience: litigation involving commercial real estate, construction defect claims, construction delay claims, construction payment claims as well as litigation involving distressed loans and real estate, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability, taking and defending deposition and demonstrated experience in the courtroom.
