What You Will Get To Do:
- Provides review, drafting, negotiation and related legal advice and services on contracts pertaining to An American Multinational Financial Technology Company's various business lines, and other legal services as needed. The primary responsibilities would include drafting and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors and other strategic relationships, including services agreements, SaaS Agreements, license agreements and other transactional agreements, both as a product or service provider and a customer.
- Other duties may be as assigned from time to time.
What you will bring:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and have passed, at a minimum, a state bar exam.
- Ideal candidate will have three + years prior experience drafting and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors, including service agreements, license agreements and other transactional agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (e.g. presentation, listening; and report writing).
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
