  • Work collaboratively with real estate colleagues across the firm's U.S. and international offices.

Skills and experience required:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the state of location preference (or ability to become admitted promptly).
  • 10+ years of focused commercial leasing experience in a law firm or in house legal department.
  • Comprehensive understanding of leasing market terms, deal structures, and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast paced, client focused environment.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with national or multi state leasing portfolios is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent judgment and a collaborative working style.
