Massey Injury Law is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Lead Attorney to join our growing personal injury firm in the heart of Athens' Five Points neighborhood. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished litigator who is passionate about advocating for injured clients, mentoring others, and helping shape the future of a high-performing legal team.

You will lead a high-volume personal injury caseload from initial client consultation through settlement or trial while serving as a key leader within the firm. In this role, you will supervise two dedicated paralegals who provide case management support, fostering collaboration, accountability, and exceptional client service throughout the litigation process.

Success in this position requires a team-first mindset, as you'll work closely with fellow attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll have the opportunity to handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial work, backed by an experienced legal team committed to securing the best possible outcomes for our clients.

What We're Looking For:

Active license to practice law in Georgia.
Proficient experience in personal injury litigation and/or insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience handling litigation matters, including depositions, mediations, and courtroom appearances.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Ability to manage multiple high-value cases while maintaining exceptional client communication.
A collaborative mindset with a commitment to mentoring others and contributing to firm success.
