Duane Morris LLP has an immediate opening for an outgoing junior to mid-level associate to join its growing Corporate practice group in its Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, securities and M&A (knowledge in public offerings and Exchange Act filings). Stellar academics and excellent writing skills required along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative. GA Bar admission required or ability to become admitted in GA.The target annual pay range for this role in our Atlanta office is $230,000-$255,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
