Compensation:
- Base salary: $190,000–$260,000, depending on experience and expected contribution
- Significant bonus opportunities with monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives tied to:
- Revenue generation
- Client origination
- Client satisfaction and performance
- Partner-track with meaningful long-term upside
- This role is designed for attorneys who want to materially increase their income through performance and long-term growth.

The Role:
You will manage complex family law matters from start to finish, including:
- High-asset divorce involving business interests and equity compensation
- High-conflict custody disputes
- Strategic case planning, negotiation, and litigation
- Direct client management with a high-touch service model
- Depending on your experience and goals:
- You may work closely with our Managing Attorney Laura Chickering
- Or operate independently with the opportunity to hire, manage and mentor an associate
- Partner-Track and Growth
This is a true partner-track role for the right candidate.
You will receive direct support from the firm's founder in:

Professional Development:

About You:
- Minimum 5+ years of California family law experience
- Experience practicing in Bay Area counties strongly preferred
- Ability to independently run cases from intake through resolution
- Experience handling complex financial and custody matters
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills
- High ownership and accountability
- Interest in long-term growth with one firm
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, technology-driven environment
