Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with paralegals and managing attorneys to efficiently progress cases and develop strategic approaches.
Advocate fervently for clients, crafting case strategies that prioritize their needs and best interests.
Represent clients in court proceedings, oversee asset division, and meticulously prepare cases from inception to resolution.
Take charge of client meetings, uphold well-organized case files, and offer legal counsel on various family law matters.

Qualifications:
Who You Are:

Experience: A minimum of six years in Family Law litigation with substantial courtroom experience
Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license in MD or DC (dual license preferred)
Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; adept at negotiation and client relationship management
