The Opportunity:
This position will primarily focus on family law matters, including:

Divorce
Child Custody
Child Support
Alimony
Parenting Plan Litigation
Post-Divorce Matters
The successful candidate will have substantial responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on both clients and the firm.

Compensation Philosophy
We recognize that not all attorneys with six years of experience bring the same value to a firm.

Accordingly, compensation is based on the overall contribution an attorney is capable of making, including:

Family law experience
Litigation and trial experience
Ability to independently manage matters
Client communication and relationship skills
Leadership ability
Business development experience
Referral relationships
Overall contribution to firm growth
Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $170,000+, depending on experience and demonstrated value.

Attorneys with exceptional leadership ability, business development skills, or a proven record of generating work may be eligible for compensation above the posted range.

Billable Expectations
We believe expectations and compensation should be aligned.

Billable hour requirements will be established based on the attorney's compensation package, responsibilities, experience, and role within the firm.
