Boyd Law APC is a premier California family law and civil litigation firm with five offices statewide. We are seeking a seasoned, litigation-ready Senior Family Law Attorney to join our Orange County office and take on a leadership role within the firm.Responsibilities
- Independently manage a complex family law caseload from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and court appearances
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions, declarations, RFOs, and high-stakes pleadings
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals and support staff
- Maintain billable hour expectations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar license in good standing (required)
- Minimum 7+ years of family law experience (required)
- Extensive courtroom and trial experience (required)
- Deposition experience (required)
- Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) preferred
- Clio experience a plus
- Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills
