The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a senior litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 6+ years of employment litigation experience who is looking to grow their practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are seeking the next member of our team: someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, has a growth mindset, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative community.The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of employment litigation experience
- Trial experience
- The ability to manage matters independently from inception through resolution
- Experience handling Title VII matters
- Experience with unpaid compensation and wage-related claims
- Experience handling harassment and employment-related claims
- Strong written, oral, and client-communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a practice
Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training and similar activities.

This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, a demonstrated familiarity with employment laws and litigation experience, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, a desire for excellence, a drive to win, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the Colorado Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position will be: $240,000 - $295,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
