Salary: $150,000 - $205,000 (dependent on experience and book of business)

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and go-getting Divorce and Family Law Associate with 7-10 years of experience, who is preferably licensed in both New York and New Jersey (New York license is a must). The ideal candidate will bring a book of business and have a true passion for matrimonial and family law, research, and serving people needing legal guidance. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to balance work and personal life, perfect for someone dedicated to the practice of divorce law within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Candidate Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate
- New York Bar Admission (Additional Admission in New Jersey is preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in divorce and family law
- Licensed to practice law in New York (dual licensure in New York and New Jersey preferred)
- Strong passion for matrimonial and family law
- Passion for research and serving people in need of legal guidance
- Excellent writing skills and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
