Description:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:- Experience representing clients in complex litigation involving data privacy, cyber security, and technology errors and omissions (E&O)
- Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws, technology transactions, cybersecurity incidents, and professional liability
- Strong litigation background, experience with regulatory investigations, and the ability to advise clients on risk mitigation strategies in the rapidly evolving landscape of privacy and technology law
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (7 years out or more)
- A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required
