About the Job:This is a full-time on-site role as Senior Counsel at our office in downtown San Antonio, Texas. As Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal matters, including advising businesses on employment matters, drafting contracts, and representing clients in court. You will work closely with our clients to understand their legal needs and develop solutions and strategies that align with their business objectives.

- Experience providing legal advice and guidance
- Proficient in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in employment and contract law
- License to practice law in the state of Texas
- 5+ years of relevant experience
