Senior Counsel for the Government Response Team will join the team responsible for evaluating enterprise risk resulting from significant government requests and determining the appropriate resources needed to respond to such requests. The position will further support significant government enforcement matters and provide legal advice and strategic direction to leadership regarding the Company's interactions with regulatory & law enforcement agencies. In addition, the senior counsel will be responsible for providing legal guidance to Global Security, Aviation and Investigations teams. Check out the exciting opportunity we have available below.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and managing risk to the company by driving the strategy for response, including engaging, directing, and supervising outside counsel and contractors as it relates to any inquiry or subpoena from Federal, State, or local agencies.
  • Providing legal advice to the company by providing an informed understanding the client's legal rights, obligations, and risks to allow the client to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders on significant risk; seeking authority and obtaining informed consent to proceed with legal matters.
  • Leveraging technology to streamline processes, communication, and workflows

What you'll bring:
  • Government enforcement experience.
  • Proven success as a federal or state prosecutor managing criminal and/or civil litigation.
  • Substantial, diverse legal experience (ex. Combination of in-house, government, leading law firm, etc.)
  • Empower your business partners while working collaboratively to achieve cross-functional goals within a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
