As Fleet accelerates its global build program, we are seeking a Senior Counsel, Global Construction & Procurement to shape the legal strategy behind the sourcing and construction of mission-critical infrastructure around the world. This is a high-impact role for a lawyer who wants to help architect the foundation of a fast-growing, next-generation data center platform.

Responsibilities:
Be the Legal Architect of Fleet's Global Procurement Strategy
You'll lead all legal aspects of construction and equipment procurement for our global development portfolio. You will design scalable contracting frameworks, guide high-value negotiations, and help us build trusted supplier partnerships across continents.

Own Complex, High-Stakes Contracting
From EPC and design-build agreements to major equipment supply arrangements, you'll shape the commercial terms that underpin some of the most sophisticated digital infrastructure projects in the world. You'll negotiate with top construction firms, OEMs, and engineering partners to ensure Fleet delivers on schedule and at the highest standard.

Champion Risk Management and Global Compliance
You'll be the voice of clarity in a fast-moving environment—identifying risks, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with global trade controls, anti-corruption laws, and supply-chain standards.

Partner Across the Business to Deliver Projects at Scale
You'll collaborate daily with construction, engineering, procurement, real estate, finance, and operations teams—supporting everything from site planning to equipment commissioning. Your advice will directly influence project outcomes and help Fleet maintain its competitive edge.

Leverage and Lead Outside Counsel
You'll manage relationships with top external counsel to ensure we execute efficiently, intelligently, and with a global perspective.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of legal experience in construction law, large-scale infrastructure procurement, or complex capital projects.
  • Mastery of EPC, design-build, construction management, equipment procurement, and engineering services contracts.
  • Experience leading negotiations in multinational environments.
  • A business-savvy, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to operate with confidence in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting.
  • JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing
