Led by a five-time Texas Super Lawyer, our practice is built for high-performing litigators who take total ownership of their cases and want the freedom of a balanced schedule without the corporate bureaucracy of BigLaw.We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigator (10–15 years of experience) to manage high-stakes disputes, breach of contract, construction, DTPA, and fraud cases. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives on execution and wants their compensation directly tied to their performance.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of primary, lead-chair commercial litigation experience.
- Track Record: Proven history of taking and defending crucial depositions, arguing dispositive motions, and trying cases to verdict.
- Texas Bar: Active, good-standing license to practice law in Texas.
- Standards: Exceptional legal drafting, sharp strategic judgment, and zero tolerance for missed deadlines or unvetted work product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial litigation cases end-to-end with total ownership.
- Draft complex pleadings, dispositive motions, and brief appellate matters independently.
- Lead high-stakes depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Drive proactive client communication and assertive negotiations with opposing counsel.
