An Autonomous Technology is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated commercial attorney to join the An Autonomous Technology Legal Department. We are headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, and a candidate located there or in Menlo Park, California, is preferred but not required; we are a flexible/remote team.

As Senior Commercial Counsel for An Autonomous Technology, you will be responsible for negotiating and closing a wide variety of highly complex time-sensitive commercial agreements to help drive our business forward. You will work on varied and exciting legal issues relating to self-driving trucks that require creative, pragmatic and proactive legal guidance, working hand-in-hand with our business, supply chain and procurement teams. The projects you take on will challenge you to think big and differently. The team is a tight-knit, collaborative group that also highly encourages independence and autonomy. We are looking to add a smart and ambitious attorney to join us and take strong ownership of their work, and make a strong impact within the company.
