Description:
Job Summary:Provides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions.
Job Requirements:
- Providing foresight and protection for the company against legal risks.
- Preparing and examining contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, etc.
- Coordinating proactive completion of discovery as a case may require, i.e. interrogatories, request for production of documents, depositions.
- Managing all phases of litigation in cases involving employment discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful discharge and unfair labor practice claims.
Education:
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
