A Dynamic Full-Service Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join our expanding Estates and Trusts team in Philadelphia.Job Requirements:
- Ten plus (10+) years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
- Draft and review both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, incorporating estate and income tax planning strategies. This includes but is not limited to irrevocable and revocable trusts, wills, SLATs, and GRATs.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel and address the planning needs of high-net-worth clients.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of ten (10+) years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
- Proven ability to independently manage and first-chair the drafting of complex estate planning documents.
- Ability to work in the Philadelphia office a few times a week.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
