Job Description Summary:
A Global Law Firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate for this position will have six (6) plus years of experience with drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions in health care, ERISA and commercial litigation matters. State and federal court experience is a plus. The Attorney's primary responsibilities will involve reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda. This is a non-partnership track position and is open to any of our US offices with preference for the Miami or Philadelphia offices.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication, drafting and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. The ability to multi-task and prioritize is also required. We prefer candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. Strong project management skills and attention to detail will be critical to success.

This is a non-partnership track position.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience and admitted to practice law.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
