Job Overview:
We seek an experienced attorney to join and grow our Connecticut practice in our Stamford office. The successful candidate will have litigation experience and be able to attend client meetings, closings, hearings, court conferences and depositions. The candidate will assist in expanding the firm's practice while working collaboratively with our estate, municipal and transactional practices. This role offers meaningful opportunity for practice growth and leadership within the firm. A portable book of business and strong connections within the local community are preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Connecticut Bar and in good standing (New York admission a plus).
7+ years of concentrated experience in litigation and/or land use and zoning law; experience in trusts and estates and commercial transaction a plus.
Experience appearing before administrative boards and commissions in Connecticut.
Excellent advocacy and client‑management skills.
Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, discovery and related documents.
Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
