The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear regulatory law, including NRC appearances, licensing and relicensing of nuclear power projects, and site planning for nuclear facilities. Experience with regulatory compliance, project transactions, and environmental permitting is required. Candidates should excel at collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams and advising energy-sector clients.
