The Boston office of An International Law Firm is seeking a senior associate to join the Real Estate Land Use group.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working on zoning and land use matters, and will have worked on a significant number of projects in Boston. This candidate will have the opportunity to represent clients in a variety of Boston land use and zoning matters to include, without limitation: (i) Article 80 large and small project reviews, planned development areas, exceptions, conditional use permits and variances; (ii) designations and alterations of landmark buildings and districts; (iii) MEPA reviews; and (iv) Chapter 91 licensure. Candidates should possess the ability to work within a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a larger team. Strong academic record preferred and experience working with the BPDA and other Boston agencies and boards required. Qualified candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
