Position Overview:The Senior Associate Attorney will take the lead on complex matrimonial and family matters, guide clients through high‑stakes litigation, and contribute to the development of junior attorneys. This position includes a clear pathway to Non‑Equity Partner, supported by transparent expectations and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage divorce, custody, support, and Family Court matters
- Serve as lead counsel in hearings, conferences, negotiations, and trials
- Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with attorneys and paralegals
- Draft motions, pleadings, financial documents, settlement agreements, and pre/post‑nuptial agreements
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys and law clerks
- Maintain exceptional client communication and professionalism
- Work with Client Consultation Managers to ensure efficient case onboarding
Qualifications:
- J.D., admitted to practice in New York (or eligible under OCA reciprocity)
- 5+ years of litigation experience; family or matrimonial law experience preferred
- Proven courtroom presence and ability to manage complex, high‑conflict cases
- Strong communication, leadership, and client‑management skills
- Commitment to a high standard of professionalism and client service
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130,000–$145,000 based on experience
