Akin's Capital Markets group is seeking highly qualified associates with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience to join our Dallas, New York, or Houston office. Candidates must have experience working on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters.Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the bar of the state in which they intend to practice.

This position is required to be available to work in person. All employees are required to comply with the firm's employment policies.
