Great opportunity for mentorship and career growth working directly with principal attorneys assisting with implementation of sophisticated estate tax minimization planning. In addition, the Associate will work with clients regarding real estate and business transactions, including LLC, corporate and partnership establishment and documentation. Maryland Bar required.
