- Starting salary: $245,000
- Annual billable expectation of 1,800 hours

What You'll Do:
- Lead complex probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy and advise clients on litigation risks and objectives
- Draft and argue sophisticated motions and legal briefs
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Manage discovery, subpoenas, mediation, and trial preparation
- Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
- Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys as the firm continues to grow
What We're Looking For:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Significant civil litigation experience (probate, trust, estate, family law, or comparable litigation experience preferred)
- Strong courtroom advocacy and deposition experience
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, and client communication
