Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4-6+ years of experience in litigation at a law firm, a record of outstanding achievement, superior writing and analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently licensed (Active) in Maryland.
- 4-6+ years of litigation experience at a law firm based in Maryland, Virginia or D.C.
- Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation.
- Experience managing caseloads.
- Review and analyze complex employment agreements.
- Prepare demands, motions and pleadings.
- Must be able to have extensive client interaction.
- Must be able to appear in court.
- Must be proficient in managing cases.
- Must be able to take and defend depositions.
- Must be able to argue motions.
- Experience preparing for and attending trials, arbitrations, settlement conferences and mediation.
- Possess a demonstrated history of excellence in their career, as well as a passion for serving clients.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organizational skills and the ability to communicate well.
