Are you an experienced elder law attorney looking for a place where your expertise is truly valued? Absolute Law Group is growing, and we're looking for a seasoned attorney to help families plan for the future with confidence and care.What You'll Do:
- Manage your own elder law caseload, from first consultation through completion
- Guide clients and their families through estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, guardianship, probate, and business planning
- Draft and oversee execution of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Advise clients on the tax implications of their planning
- Lead and support our paralegal team
- Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and our local community
What you bring:
- Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar
- 5+ years of elder law and estate planning experience (7+ preferred)
- Experience across most of our practice areas listed above
- Tax planning expertise preferred; Florida Bar Board Certification or CELA is a plus
- Experience leading or mentoring support staff
- A warm, clear communication style with seniors and their families
