Burwick Law is hiring a senior litigation associate for our plaintiffs-side practice. We file class actions and complex commercial cases primarily in SDNY and EDNY, with a focus on digital asset and consumer protection matters.Our work is regularly featured in the New York Law Journal and receives national coverage in the legal and financial press.
The role involves drafting complaints and motion papers, managing discovery, working with experts, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions. Senior associates carry significant responsibility on their matters and work directly with the managing partner.
We are looking for 3-5 years of criminal prosecution or defense experience; or federal court litigation experience. Experience in securities, consumer class actions, RICO, or government enforcement is a plus but not required.
Our office is in the Financial District. This is an in-person role. Base salary is $180,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
Must be a member of the New York State Bar in good standing and admitted in the SDNY and EDNY.
