Role Overview:Leach Law PLLC, a solo attorney firm specializing in estate planning, real estate, business law, agriculture law, and mediation, is seeking a full-time, in-house associate attorney.
Based in Albert Lea, MN, our small practice is looking for an attorney to expand our capacity to bridge the gap between financial planning and estate planning. We're seeking a self-starter who is passionate about their work and their clients and who enjoys living and working in a small-town atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Earned J.D. and has passed the bar exam, or plans to take the bar exam by the end of 2026. Licensed in MN or IA.
- Excellent communicator and active listener
- Possesses a welcoming, relatable, and personable attitude, as well as a sensitivity and compassion for the nature of estate planning work
- Self-motivated and a team player who's eager to take on responsibility and grow inside a small firm
- Experience in family law, real estate, or estate planning is a plus, but not required

Compensation is negotiable based upon experience; minimum salary is approximately $90,000 annually.
