Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar.
- Strong background in personal injury litigation, with plaintiff-side experience.
- Ability to manage and scale a high-volume caseload.
- Experience with depositions and trials preferred.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and leadership potential.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-focused advocacy skills.
