Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our legal team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal counsel across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, litigation, and patent law. Your expertise will support the firm's commitment to delivering comprehensive legal solutions to diverse clients. Duties:
  • Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and client advisories.
  • Draft clear, accurate legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence that meet professional standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on estate planning strategies and environmental law compliance to clients.
  • Manage litigation processes from inception through resolution by preparing filings, coordinating discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings.
  • Negotiate settlements and legal terms effectively across multiple practice areas such as family law, landlord-tenant disputes, securities transactions, and personal injury claims.
  • Advise clients on immigration procedures, tribal laws & regulations, and workers' compensation claims with transparency and professionalism.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all legal research and administrative documentation within the law office management system.

Experience:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Proven experience in handling diverse legal matters across multiple practice areas listed above.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive legal research.
  • Strong writing skills with a track record of producing high-quality legal drafting and documentation.
  • Experience in litigation processes including case preparation, court filings, and client representation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable results for clients.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
