About the Job:Our Sacramento office is continuing to grow and we are looking for strong associate candidates with experience. We are currently looking to hire an Associate attorney with between 3-7 years of experience handling labor and employment law matters in California. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and a starting salary will range from $170,000 to $250,000 depending on experience.
Opportunity:
The attorney(s) that fill this position will be responsible for working directly with private sector employer clients to provide advice and counsel on personnel matters and handle high-stakes employment litigation (court and arbitration), as well as representation in administrative matters before state and federal government agencies.
Qualifications for Ideal Candidate
- 3-7 years of experience in representing private sector employers in labor and employment matters in California.
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated, possess excellent writing, analytical, and people skills, value a team environment, and will be prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Education:
- Juris Doctor with a strong academic record.
- Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state of California.
