The New York office of A Multinational Law Firm is seeking (2) mid-level associates for our Restructuring & Capital Solutions Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of Finance experience and/or Bankruptcy experience. A Multinational Law Firm' Restructuring group has a wealth of experience acting for stakeholders involved in corporate restructurings or experiencing financial stress. They advise global investment funds, asset managers, banks, bondholders and other lenders on financial restructurings, both in and out of Chapter 11, and liability management transactions. The team focuses on implementing sustainable solutions and managing the diversity of stakeholder expectations from start to finish.
