We are currently seeking a Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our Charlotte, NC office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-3 years of residential real estate law experience who is looking to further develop their practice while handling a broad variety of real estate transactions in a high-volume, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders.
  • Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.
  • Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.
  • Handle a high volume of transactions while delivering top-notch service.
  • Provide practical legal guidance and support throughout the closing process.

What You'll Need:
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active South Carolina law license required.
  • North Carolina law license preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience practicing residential real estate law, including conducting closings and reviewing title matters.
  • Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
