At Tukwila, WA Estate Planning Lawyers, we are looking for a Real Estate/Land Use Associate Attorney to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team. This is a rare opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects ranging from condominiums, subdivisions, and CC&Rs to land use planning, zoning, and more—all in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This position is fully remote, with a flexible option to transition to a hybrid model in Fall 2025. Local candidates are encouraged to participate in occasional team events and activities to foster connections and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Draft and review critical legal documents, including condominium declarations, CC&Rs, easements, and HOA agreements.
Manage projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct HOA transfer meetings and address administrative requirements.
Provide expert legal advice on zoning, land use planning, and real estate development issues.
Attend client meetings, provide updates, and deliver strategic counsel to solve complex real estate challenges.
Research legal precedents and navigate regulatory requirements to support client success.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Licensing: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the state bar in good standing.
Experience: 2+ years in real estate and land use law, with a track record of excellence.
Skills: Critical thinking, outstanding attention to detail, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
