Position Summary, Responsibilities and Qualifications
We Are Seeking a Staff Attorney with Expertise in Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Leases to Join Our Dynamic Legal Team. This Role Demands a Meticulous Approach to Reviewing, Analyzing, and Negotiating Various Lease Agreements with Particular Emphasis on Retail Leasing. the Successful Candidate Will Bring a Robust Understanding of Real Estate Law, Strong Analytical Skills, and The Ability to Work Effectively Under Tight Deadlines. This Position Offers a Unique Opportunity to Engage with Complex Legal Matters and Contribute Significantly to Our Real Estate Practice. This Position May Be Based in Any Honigman Office or Performed Remotely.

  • Review, Draft, and Negotiate Commercial Leases, Amendments, and Related Agreements.

Qualifications:
  • The Ideal Candidate Will Possess at Least Four Years of Relevant Experience, Preferably Gained Within a Large Law Firm Setting or In-House with A Retail Company.
  • Ability to Organize and Prioritize Numerous Tasks and Complete Them Under Significant Time Constraints.
  • Outstanding Interpersonal, Analytical, Organizational, and Communication (written and Verbal) Skills Required.
  • J.D. Degree from An Aba-Accredited Institution; Licensed and In Good Standing in At Least One U.S. Jurisdiction.
  • Ability to Travel as Client Needs Require.

Compensation and Benefits:
The Salary Range for This Position Is $160,000-$190,000 Annually.
