Winstead PC is seeking a senior attorney (6+ years of experience) for a position with our Real Estate (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Real-Estate-Development-Investments) group in Atlanta. Candidates must have at least 6 years of leasing experience. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Leasing Transactions: Experience with leasing matters, but also a desire to continue to make leasing matters a primary part of practice (6+ years' experience).
General Real Estate Experience: Experience in financings, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets
Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
