The Atlanta office of Reed Smith is seeking a senior associate to join the Labor & Employment group. Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of experience with employment-related litigation as this practice is a heavy trial practice with trials throughout the country. Candidates should also have experience with general advice and counseling work including employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements, wage/hour work (e.g., classifications, general compliance) and leave of absence matters, and policy review). Candidates must be an active member of the Georgia bar.

$325,000 - $435,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
