Winstead PC is seeking a 3 - 5 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Real-Estate-Development-Investments) group in Austin. This position will primarily work on matters associated with leasing, but will also work on matters in complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Austin office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Leasing Transactions: Experience with leasing matters, but also a desire to continue to make leasing matters a primary part of practice
Acquisitions & dispositions: Negotiating complex purchase and sale transactions involving diverse property types
Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
