Compensation- Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Draft and file First Legal foreclosure complaints, summons, and initial pleadings
- Prepare motions for default, summary judgment, and discovery responses
- Attend foreclosure hearings both personally and virtually.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy
- Consider all legal aspects of clients' circumstances and desired outcome to provide sound legal advice to them
- Delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff
- Appear on behalf of your clients at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation
Qualifications:
- Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association
- Must be computer proficient
- Outstanding research, negotiation, networking, and communication skills are necessary
