Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Attorney with at least 1–3 years of foreclosure experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in foreclosure matters and be comfortable handling high-volume caseloads.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee foreclosure cases from intake through entry of Final Judgment and sale
- Review and approve Complaints, Amended Complaints, motions, and notices
- Review title updates, including confirmation of Lis Pendens recording
- Review demand letters for legal sufficiency and compliance
- Review estoppel letters for accuracy and legal completeness
- Review drafted payoff and reinstatement letters
- Evaluate and respond to title claims as needed
- Attend contested and uncontested hearings and trials
- Assist with the completion of client reporting
- Correspond with opposing counsel and clients regarding matters handled by the firm
- Update LPS, TEMPO, Noteflow, CaseAware, and other client systems, including timely responses to client emails
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in [State]
- At least 1–3 years of foreclosure experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency required
- Outstanding research, negotiating, and communication skills
