Qualified candidates should have significant broad-based commercial real estate finance experience. Our diverse, middle market focused, commercial real estate practice includes both lender and borrower side representation and involves a broad range of sophisticated transactions including senior mortgage loans, construction loans, leverage loans, mezzanine financing, preferred debt and equity investments and A-Note and co-lender transactions. Our clients represent the diversity of our practice and include commercial banks, private debt funds, private equity investors, insurance companies, REITs, developers and other participants in the real estate investment market. We seek candidates with the experience or desire to first chair transactions and run deals with the support of our talented team. Ideal candidates are highly motivated with strong drafting and communications skills who work well with colleagues and clients.
