Allen Matkins is seeking a real estate associate with 4 - 6 years of experience working on sophisticated real estate finance transactions for a broad base of clients, including developers, investment companies and advisors, pension funds, and REITs. Ideal candidates will have:

Experience in borrower and lender side financing.
Excellent writing, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Candidates should be able to work as part of a team, but also handle significant individual responsibilities.
Major law firm experience preferred.
A high level of academic achievement.
Admission to the State Bar of California.

Candidates will be considered who can work from one of the following office locations: Century City, Los Angeles or Orange County.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $285,000 to $350,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
